Accounts screen
The Accounts screen allows you to manage all your accounts registered and accessed with the application.
There are two tabs on the 'Accounts' screen:
- Main Account: All the user's trading accounts linked to the Main account.
- TickTrader: The list of trading accounts recently logged in.
The account you are currently logged in to is indicated by a green icon.
On the Accounts screen, you can perform the following actions with accounts:
- Log in (for inactive accounts): Tap the account to log in to it. Enter the password if you have not saved it earlier.
- Log out (for active accounts): Tap to log out from the currently active account.
Tapping the active account opens the application Start screen.
How to switch Main account?
A user can switch between accounts registered with different Brokers.
On the 'Accounts' screen tap Switch Main account. Once you tap the button and confirm the action, you will lose access to the trading accounts linked to the current Main account and you will need to connect TickTrader terminal with your Main account again to access your trading accounts.
Main account settings
To manage Main account settings, tap .
- Add trading account: Register a new account or log in to an existing one. If you select this option, you will be redirected to the Login screen.
- Add trading account (Scan QR code): Add a trading account by scanning the previously generated QR code (in TickTrader Win Terminal or TickTrader Mobile Terminal for Android).
- Turn off push notifications for device: Unsubscribe this device from Push notifications. You will be able to subscribe back to Push notifications on a per account basis. To do this, enable 'Get Push notifications' setting in the Settings > Push Notification Settings menu.
Main account actions
To manage Main account, swipe the screen left.
- Edit: Modify account details (see 'Trading account management').
- Delete: Delete the selected trading account once for all.
Note: Make sure your account info, including portfolio, balance and trade history, is properly managed (closed, transferred, archived, etc) before it will completely be deleted. - Share via QR Code: Share the trading account details via a generated QR code.
TickTrader settings
To manage TickTrader settings, tap on the 'TickTrader' tab.
- Add trading account: Register a new Ticktrader account or log in to an existing one. If you select this option, you will be redirected to the Login screen.
- Add trading account (Scan QR code): Add a trading account by scanning the previously generated QR code (in TickTrader Win Terminal or TickTrader Mobile Terminal for Android).
- Remove all inactive trading accounts: Remove all inactive trading accounts from the device. An inactive account is the account which is not used for trading in this mobile app.
- Clear all saved passwords: Clear all saved trading account passwords from the device. You will need to enter a trading account credentials each time you log in to it.
- Turn off push notifications for device: Unsubscribe this device from Push notifications. You will be able to subscribe back to Push notifications on a per account basis. To do this, enable 'Get Push notifications' setting in the Settings > Push Notification Settings menu.
TickTrader actions
To manage TickTrader account, swipe the screen left.
- Clear Password: Clear the trading account password. To log in to a trading account, you will need to enter the account password manually each time.
- Remove from the Application: Remove the trading account from the mobile application.
- Edit: Modify account details (see 'Trading account management').
- Delete: Delete the selected trading account once for all. The entire account record will be deleted, along with associated personal data, open positions, pending orders, balance and trade history.

Trading account management
Click Edit to modify a trading account. A user can edit account info and personal info (depending on the rights), change a trading account password, create a new Web API token, or generate/delete 2FA key.
- Account Info: Here you can view basic account information. To change the password, enter the account name, and then click Change password. Enter the old and new password, confirm the new password, and then click Modify. Here you can also generate a QR code.
- Personal Info: Here you can edit your personal information.
- Options:
- Blocked. To block the account, i.e. to make it inactive. A user will not be able to log in the terminal with this account. To unblock the account, please contact the support service.
- Read-only. To limit the account rights to 'read only' option. A user will not be able to manage the account and perform trade operations.
- Web API. To enable access to TickTrader via Web API.
- Account Logins and Web API tokens. You can validate account and token details, change their access rights, the password for read-only login, or the authentication type of Web API tokens. You can delete read-only login and Web API tokens.
- Rights. Change login/token access rights (Full, Blocked, Read-only).
- Operations:
- Validate: To enable the selected authentication type (login/token).
- Modify: To change the selected authentication type: to change login password, token authentication type (HMAC/Basic), to reset Web API key and Web API secret.
- Delete: Delete token.
- Generate new 2FA key. Generate/delete QR code and secret key for logging in to the account.
- Delete 2FA key. Delete the 2FA key for a trading account.
- Create new Login. Create a new login for the trading account and specify access rights.
- Create new Web API Token. Create new Web API tokens for the account.
- Sessions. Active account sessions and the Drop session operation.
Connection status of the widgets that you added to a home screen is displayed for each trading account.
To change the connection status, tap , and then select the command.
- Go offline / Switch to online mode: Switch to offline or online mode.
- Logout: Log out from the account.
- Connect: Connect to the account.
