Backup codes are unique security codes generated in the Client Portal.
Click Enable in the Backup Code section of Settings → Authentication Methods page.
Enter your PIN code, and then click Verify.
Print out the list of codes and keep it in a safe place. Click Finish.
Important: Leave the last backup code as you may need it in case you want to deactivate or generate more backup codes.
Backup codes as a 2FA method will be enabled for your account.
To protect your login and/or withdrawal operations with a backup code, enable ' Login ' and/or ' Withdrawal ' options.
Enter one of the actual backup codes, and then click Verify.
Once the 'Login' or 'Withdrawal' option is enabled, a user will be requested to enter a backup code while logging in to the Client Portal or confirming a withdrawal transaction.
The enabled option (Login/Withdrawal) will change its status from Off to On.
Click Disable in the Backup Code section of Settings → Authentication Methods page.
Enter a previously generated backup code, and then click Verify.
Click Disable.
The authentication via Backup codes will be disabled.
Click Disable in the Backup Code section of Settings → Authentication Methods page.
Enter a previously generated backup code, and then click Verify.
Click Create more codes.
Click a new list of backup codes will be generated for your account. Please keep it in a safe place. Click Finish.
