How to deposit funds via ForexEE Main account

When you open the ForexEE Main account, it has one currency subpocket in EUR. You can add additional currency pockets via making a deposit or exchange operation. 

To make a deposit:

• Select the payment option in the Client Portal.
• Select the account currency.
• Select the deposit amount and currency.
  
• Enter your deposit option account/email/wallet/address.
  

Fill in the deposit form and click Add Funds.

The funds will be deposited to the account and a new currency pocket will be created (in case the main account currency doesn't match the deposit currency).
You can see all available deposit options in the Add Funds menu in the Client Portal.

Note: Most deposits are processed immediately.

How to withdraw funds via a multi-currency Main account

You can withdraw funds from all your currency pockets of the Main account.
The withdrawal currency depends on the payment option that you choose. So that, if the currency of the withdrawal does not correspond the currency pocket from which you want to withdraw, the amount from the pocket will be converted at the indicated rate. You need to confirm the conversion of funds by selecting the I agree, withdraw with conversion check box.

You can check all the currency rates via Transfer-> Currency rates history in the Client Portal.

To make a withdrawal:

• Select the payment option in the Client Portal.
• Select the account currency.
• Select the withdrawal amount and currency.
  
• Enter your withdrawal option account/email/wallet/address where you want to transfer funds to.
  

Fill in the deposit form and click Withdraw Funds/Verify.

You can save the payment account details for future use. If you want the template to be used by default, select the 'Set as default' checkbox. This template will be automatically selected the next time you open the withdrawal form.

Note: Withdrawals may be processed up to 24 hours depending on the withdrawal option.

Payment commissions

Commissions may be charged for making deposits/withdrawals in the ForexEE Client Portal. Please check the commission rates on the official website or in the Client Portal while crediting/debiting funds.
