How to make an external transfer

You can transfer funds from your ForexEE account to another trader’s Main account or trading account using External transfer

  1. Select Transfer -> External Transfer in the Client Portal.

  2. Indicate the Main account / email or a trading account of the transfer recipient (registered with ForexEE), and then click Next.

  3. Fill in the form:

    • In the From list, select Main account or one of your trading accounts.
    • Enter the amount you want to transfer and select the account currency.
    • Select the currency of the recipient account (if possible). If the currencies do not match, the funds will be converted at the ForexEE Exchange rate.
    • You can add a comment to the payment if needed.
    • You can save the payment details as a template for future use.
      To do this, enable the Save this payment for future use check box, and then enter the template name in the Save as field. You can set the template as default.
  4. Confirm the transfer in 2 steps:

    • PIN code: Enter the PIN code for ForexEE Main account, and then click Verify.
    • Security code: Enter the security code, and then click Verify. Learn more about how to confirm withdrawals with a security code here.
  5. Click Verify.

    Our Finance Department will process your request free of charge within 24 hours. Transfer requests placed on weekends will be processed on Monday.

How to cancel a pending transfer request

If your transfer request has not been yet processed (in Pending status), you can cancel it.

Click your Main account number on the left of the Client Portal, find the transaction in the Account operations/History tab and then click Cancel. 

How to check the transaction status

Click your Main account number on the left of the Client Portal.

The transaction status is shown on the Account operations/History tab.
