Journal

In Journal, you can see log records of all actions performed by the user, and TickTrader logs. Each logged event contains the action and time of its execution. If any problem with the application arises, you can send log details to the developers by copying them from Journal. To do this, tap and hold the log record to send a message to the support team.

Tap  to view the logs of TickTrader terminal.

To filter log entries, tap <All>. You can filter events that are related to certain actions or components of the application:

  2. Login
  3. Trade
  4. Widget
  5. DB
  6. Account Management
  7. Push notification
  8. Mobile hub
  9. Financial data service
To remove all the journal records, select Clear Journal in the menu settings.
