Security codes via Google Authenticator

You can choose to receive verification codes in the Google Authenticator app.

To activate Google Authenticator

  1. Click Enable in the Google Authenticator section of Settings → Authentication Methods page.

  2. Select your OS type of a mobile device. Click the image and follow the instructions to install the Google Authenticator mobile app.

  3. Tap Scan Barcode in the GA application. Scan the QR code displayed on the Account Security page in the Client Portal. If you failed to scan the QR code, a new code will be generated. 
    Important: If you cannot scan the QR code, click Having troubles scanning code, and then enter the key manually.

  4. Google Authenticator app will start generating security codes for NTS Systems Ltd. Google Authenticator codes are time-based and change with time.
    Enter the code generated in the app and the PIN code for your Main account, and then click Verify.

  5. Google Authenticator codes as a 2FA method will be enabled for your account.
    To protect your login and/or withdrawal operations with a GA code, enable 'Login' and/or 'Withdrawal' options.

  6. Enter the actual Google Authenticator code, and then click Verify.
    Once the 'Login' or 'Withdrawal' option is enabled, a user will be requested to enter a GA code while logging in to the Client Portal or confirming a withdrawal transaction.

  7. The enabled option (Login/Withdrawal) will change its status from Off to On.

To deactivate Google Authenticator

  1. Click Disable in the Google Authenticator section of Settings → Authentication Methods page.

  2. Enter the one-time code generated in the GA app, and then click Verify.
    Google Authenticator codes as a 2FA method will be disabled for your account.
