Account verification

Personal account verification

Once you have selected Personal Account as an account owner type, you should provide your personal and residential details.
The personal details include your country, first name and last name, nationality, date of birth, and phone number. The residential details cover your city, address, and zip/post code.

Grade 1: Phone verification


To verify your phone number:

  1. On the Verification page in the Client Portal, under Grade 1, enter your phone number and anti-spam code. Click SMS.

  2. Enter the verification code sent to your phone and click Confirm.


If you don't have a mobile phone or you haven't received an SMS with a confirmation code, you can verify your phone via operator call.

Grade 2: Documents verification

To withdraw and transfer funds between ForexEE accounts, your Main account must be verified up to Grade 2. To do that, upload the scanned copies of your identification documents and make a selfie with the ID. Deposits are available for Main account with Grade 2 verification or higher. Learn more about verification grades. 

1.  Select the Identification Document from the drop-down list and upload the image of the document to prove your identity (one of the following):

  • Passport 
  • National ID card
  • Driver license
  • Other document (e.g. Residence permit)
Image Requirements:
  • The photo should be bright and clear, and all the edges of the document should be visible.
  • Upload both sides of the document if it's double-sided.
  • Make sure there are no highlights or spots in the photo. Low quality images will not be accepted by the system. The file must be in JPG, PNG or PDF format, max 20 Mb.
  • The document must be valid for at least three months.

2.  Select the Proof of address from the drop-down list and upload the image of the document to prove your residential address (one of the following):

  • Bank statement
  • Utility bill
Image Requirements:
  • We do not accept screenshots, mobile phone bills, medical bills, credit card statements, receipts for purchases, or insurance statements.
  • The document must be in Latin characters or have a notarized translation into English.
  • The document must contain the full name (as stated on the ID), owner's address and date of issue.
  • The photo should be bright and clear, and all edges of the document should be visible.
  • A utility bill or bank statement must be issued within the last three (3) months and printed on the official form.
  • All files must be in JPG, PNG or PDF format, more than 100 KB and 300 DPI.
3.  Make and upload a Selfie with the exactly same ID document you used for uploading as the proof of identity. 

Your Main account status will change as soon as your request is processed by ForexEE Finance Department. Manual account verification normally takes up to 48 hours on business days. With an increased number of verification requests from our clients, this process may take longer (3-5 business days).

Having problems verifying your account?

If any of your documents were rejected, please upload new photos of the documents following the Administrators comment in the email or on the Verification page in the Client Portal.
