Withdrawals via Bitcoin Cash

How to make a withdrawal request

To withdraw via Bitcoin Cash:

  1. Select Withdraw Funds -> Bitcoin Cash in the Client Portal.


    The current transaction fees are available on the Payments page.
  2. Fill in the form:

    • From: Select the Main account or your trading account.
    • Amount: Enter the amount you want to withdraw and select the currency pocket for Main account.
    • Currency: Select the currency in which you want to withdraw (BCH).
    • Address / Template: Enter your Bitcoin Cash address or select a previously saved template.
      Withdrawal templates allow you to save the address for future use. Learn more about withdrawal templates.
  3. Confirm the withdrawal in 2 steps:

    • PIN code: Enter the PIN code for ForexEE account, and then click Verify.
    • Security code: Enter the security code, and then click Verify. Learn more about how to confirm withdrawals with a security code here.
  4. According to our rules, all withdrawal requests are checked and processed manually by our Finance Department for security reasons. If certain conditions are met, we can send funds automatically. In case of automatic withdrawal, we will send cryptocurrency within the allowed limits to your Bitcoin Cash address without manual approval of the transaction.

    Conditions of automatic withdrawal:

    1. Two-factor authentication enabled.
    2. Successful withdrawals to the same crypto address earlier.
    3. The withdrawal amount does not exceed the allowed daily/monthly limits. (You can see your daily/monthly limits in ForexEE Client Portal when creating a withdrawal request.)

    If your request does not meet the conditions for automatic withdrawal, it will be processed manually by our Finance Department (step 6).

    Important: Please note that your withdrawal request can be sent to manual processing if it is required to additionally check the activity on your account. Learn more about automatic withdrawals.

  5. If your request does not meet the conditions for automatic withdrawal, it will be processed manually by our Finance Department during 1 day. Withdrawal requests placed on weekends will be processed on Monday. 

How to cancel a pending withdrawal request

If your withdrawal request has not yet been processed, you can cancel it.

Click your Main accountr on the left of the Client Portal, find the transaction in the Account operations/History tab and then click Cancel. 

How to check the transaction status

Click your Main account on the left of the Client Portal.

The transaction status is shown on the Account operations/History tab.
