Open a trading account in TickTrader Desktop Terminal
Live TickTrader ECN account
To trade real assets in TickTrader Desktop Terminal, open a Live TickTrader ECN account in the ForexEE Client Portal. All transactions, including deposits, withdrawals and internal transfers, are only available through the personal area.
Demo TickTrader ECN account
If you want to trade virtual assets in Demo mode, open a Demo ECN account. You can open a Demo ECN account as follows:
- TickTrader Mobile Terminal: register a Demo account in the mobile application.
- ForexEE Client Portal: open a TickTrader Demo account (Demo ECN Gross, Demo ECN Net).
- TickTrader Desktop Terminal: click File > Open Demo Account in the terminal.
You can log in to the Desktop Terminal using credentials of a Demo TickTrader ECN account opened through the Mobile Terminal or Client Portal.
1. On the File menu, click Open Demo Account.
2. Fill in the registration form:
- Select the server (Demo Marginal).
- Select the account type (Net/Gross).
- Select the leverage (from 1:1 to 1:1000).
- Select the Demo account currency (EUR, USD, GBP, RUB, CNH).
- Enter the initial balance (10,000 by default).
- Enter your email address.
3. Click Submit. You will see your assigned credentials (server, login, password, etc.). Make sure to save your account information in a secure place.
Your new account will be added to the Accounts list of the Explorer window.
4. Log in to the TickTrader Desktop Terminal.
